چکیده

The understanding of the phase behaviour mixture mPEG-alkyne and supercritical CO2 (scCO2) study variation polymer melting point are essential prerequisites in order to determine appropriate operating conditions develop high pressure processes that allow obtention a conjugate with drug or protein. In this work, it was observed progressive decrease temperature induced by adsorption CO2. obtained temperatures were correlated using modification Clausius Clapeyron equation. equilibrium sorption into determined variable-volume view cell employing static method. These experiments carried out range 308 318 K, at 8–17 MPa pressure. prediction capabilities models Henry’s Law, Dual-Mode, Sanchez Lacombe Equation State Heuristic Model evaluated.
